Prior to starting Dan Lyons Consulting, LLC, I was the Managing Director of Gallagher, Flynn & Company, LLP’s HR Consulting Practice growing the practice to be the largest (both the number of team members and revenue) in the firm’s history. Prior to relocating back to Vermont in 2019, I served in key executive roles including two successive Vice President of Human Resources positions for Boston-based companies. I was also the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Amazon’s Prime, Lifecycle Engagement, and Mass Advertising teams in Seattle, Washington. In this capacity, I was responsible for the development and implementation of all HR strategies affecting more than 1,500 team members globally.
A seasoned HR leader, I deliver proven HR solutions tailored to the needs of my clients. I am especially passionate in the areas of people, culture, engagement, recruiting, compensation, and creating unique HR practices for a variety of businesses in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
